1. General

These terms cover the use of g8rage.com, user accounts, game server hosting (Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione) and the G8RAGE Arcade game (arcade.g8rage.com), together the “Service”. The Service is run by the G8RAGE Sim Team community. By using the Service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Account

  • You must be at least 16 to create an account (younger with a parent's or guardian's consent).
  • One account works on g8rage.com, in server hosting and in G8RAGE Arcade.
  • You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account.
  • A nick may not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change a nick that breaks these rules.
  • You can delete your account at any time by contacting us (section 9).

3. Server hosting

  • A free server runs for up to 4 hours and its sessions do not loop. One free server per account at a time.
  • Paid servers run longer, on the terms agreed at purchase.
  • A server may be stopped early because of a failure, maintenance or a breach of these terms.
  • We do not guarantee constant availability of servers or that session results are kept.

4. Uploading cars and tracks

  • Upload only files you own or have the author's permission to share on servers.
  • Files submitted for verification are stored on our game servers. After an administrator accepts them they are available to all users.
  • We may reject or remove a file without giving a reason, in particular at the request of its author or rights holder.
  • A rights holder can report an infringement using the contact in section 9 and we remove the file promptly.

5. G8RAGE Arcade

  • Lap times are saved only for logged-in users.
  • Cheating (modifying the game, the car's movement or lap recordings) is forbidden. Suspicious times are rejected and the account may be blocked.

6. Conduct

We race clean and respect others. Offensive server names and messages, deliberately ruining others' races, spam, hacking attempts and overloading the Service are forbidden.

7. Liability

The Service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data loss or for content uploaded by users.

8. Changes

These terms may change. We announce important changes on the site or on Discord at least 7 days in advance.
